All in all everything was amazing, had a pleasant stay of 3 nights. Really enjoyed the premium room we had with a view. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, minutes away from old town.

It was a very peaceful stay of 3 nights. The breakfast was delicious and sensational with omelette. The location was best possible, right by Emma Mason Gallery. The bus stop was 500 metres away.

The location was magnificent and amazing for traveling around Eastbourne, just next door to restaurant and bar, the Pier and Western Lawns and beach and all amenities. We found nice Dq Terrace Bar & Cafe nearby with hot beverages.

I'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with nice toiletries as well as balcony was not a problem. The property's location is perfect, right by Artisan restaurant, beach and all amenities and such as the Pier. As I remember, there were lots of restaurants to eat, like Great Hall that was only 5 minutes' walk away. This is a hotel go-to for Eastbourne!

Had a pleasant stay of 3 nights, everything was amazing. Comforts of premium room were fabulous - an electric kettle, air conditioning and an individual safe. The staff were excellent and had a sense of humour. Central location of this smart hotel was a bonus. It was located in a nice enough area close enough to the quieter beaches, the seafront so close to the Bandstand and communal areas.
